Your body is your new best friend. The benefits of reconnecting to your body are, well, endless. Your health, focus, and overall mood are dependent on your ability to listen to your body.

The Structure

You don’t need another thing on your plate, so this program was created to be taken at a pace that fits within your busy lifestyle.

Take it at your own pace.

You’ll have full access to the program for 6 months and the authority to decide how you want to engage with it. 

Apply what you learn throughout the day. 

You can practice mindfulness for 5 minutes between meetings or for 20 minutes before bed.

Get the support you need. 

Ask a question in the community chat or join biweekly Office Hours to get real-time support, meet a new network of women leaders, and reflect on your progress.

This  comprehensive online course  is designed to rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit, helping you restore calm, center yourself,  and truly flourish.

INTRODUCTION

In this module, you’ll learn how stress impacts your mind, body, and emotions. We’ll cover an overview of the Six Pillars of Lifestyle Medicine, focusing on Stress Management and how the other Pillars support it. You’ll also learn about our signature framework, the Mind-Body METHOD™, and how it can support you in strengthening your mind-body connection.

MODULE 1: RESET

In this module, we’re laying the foundation of stress management. Here, we’ll press that “refresh” button and reset your nervous system. You’ll learn how to harness the power of the pause in everyday moments to allow yourself time to respond, rest, or decompress. You’ll also learn simple breathing techniques that you can use, whether you have a minute between meetings or twenty minutes before bed. We’ll round out this module with our favorite topic - sleep - and how to get more of it.

MODULE 2: RECLAIM

Once you’ve sufficiently reset your mind and body, we’ll move into the next module, where you’ll learn to take control of your time and energy. You’ll learn how to outsmart overwhelm, set healthy boundaries, prioritize your well-being, and advocate for yourself. We’ll explore the concept of agency and how you can own your personal power, even in healthcare settings. We’ll challenge you to consider how you want to be in the world and what messages and expectations are separating you from yourself.

MODULE 3: RESTORE

When your nervous system is calm and your mind and body are in balance, you  can begin to restore your well-being. First, you’ll spend time in your body, listening to her  wisdom and nourishing her from the inside out. Then, we’ll explore common thought traps and negative thinking patterns that perpetuate stress. Finally, you’ll learn how to cultivate intentional joy and refill your cup with people, places, and activities that energize you and restore your well-being.

Through each module, you’ll feel supported, challenged, and empowered as you make intentional choices to improve your health and well-being.
